The S-400 Triumf is an anti-aircraft weapon system developed in the 1990s by Russia's Almaz Central Design Bureau as an upgrade of the S-300 family. It has been in service with the Russian Armed Forces since 2007.

David's Sling, also formerly known as Magic Wand, is an Israel Defense Forces military system being jointly developed by the Israeli defense contractor Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and the American Raytheon,designed to intercept enemy planes, drones, tactical ballistic missile, medium- to long-range rockets and cruise missiles, fired at ranges from 40 km (24.85 miles) to 300 km (186.41 miles).

Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, formerly Theater High Altitude Area Defense, is an American anti-ballistic missile defense system designed to shoot down short-, medium-, and intermediate-range ballistic missiles in their terminal phase by intercepting with a hit-to-kill approach.

4. S 300 missile system
 The S-300 is a series of initially Soviet and later Russian long range surface-to-air missile systems produced by NPO Almaz, based on the initial S-300P version. The S-300 system was developed to defend against aircraft and cruise missiles for the Soviet Air Defence Forces.

5.MIM-104 Patriot
The MIM-104 Patriot is a surface-to-air missile (SAM) system, the primary of its kind used by the United States Army and several allied nations. It is manufactured by the U.S. defense contractor Raytheon and derives its name from the radar component of the weapon system.

The HQ-9 is a medium- to long-range, active radar homing surface-to-air missile. Similar in capability to the Russian S-300 and American Patriot systems, the HQ-9 uses a HT-233 PESA radar system.

The Medium Extended Air Defense System (MEADS) is a ground-mobile air and missile defense system intended to replace the Patriot missile system through a NATO-managed development. The program is a development of the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and France.

8. SAMP/T
The SAMP/T air defense missile system was developed by EUROSAM, a joint venture by MBDA France and Italy, and Thales. The SAMP/T was deployed operationally by the French Army and Air Force, as well as Italian Army in 2011.

9. MR-SAM 

The Medium-Range Surface-to-Air Missile (or MR-SAM) project was introduced when Indian Air Force decided to replace the ageing Russian-made air defense systems.

   The MR-SAM air defense system was jointly developed by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Indian Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) for the Indian Air force and Indian Army.

10. Iron Dome 

The Iron Dome is an Israeli missile defense system, developed by Rafael. The program was started in 2005 and development began in 2007. The Iron Dome was designed to provide coverage for cities against enemy short-range ballistic missiles, artillery rockets and 155-mm artillery shells. This missile defense system was first deployed in 2011. Since then it proved itself well and saved many lives. A number of countries from around the world expressed their interest in purchasing this missile defense system from Israel.
